stress ? i know everyone is feel stress now . especially a student like me . why? because final test is around the corner . here , i have some tips how to reduce our stress. first, you can listen to music. you have to listen a low music to relase you stress. second, you can clean up your house. when your room become tidy, you will feel releived. then , you can hang out with you friends. you can go to play bowling, karoke , so you will laugh out loud, you can release stress. after that , to release stress, you dance it out or you can go to exercise. it can more relaxed when you sweat. for me, i will go to beach. i can see a beutiful scenery there. not only that, you also can go to sleep  when you feel stress and go for a walk. there are many tips i had share with you , you can follow the tips if you want. thank you :)
